When pregnant with my daughter, I was looking for a devotional that included a daily short verse and prayer for the baby. I searched and searched but could not find anything quite like what I envisioned. This led me to start the process of writing a prayer devotional that was interactive and totally focused on the baby.

This original project evolved to also include books with prayers for already born sons and daughters, grandchildren, foster children/teens and teens/young adults being mentored. Also, one of my favorite books is the "Light of the World" interactive manual that gives a simple but powerful introduction to the gospel for a friend or loved one.

I told myself when I started out, that if just one person used my book as a way to start praying for their unborn baby, then it would have been worth all the effort. I did not realize at the time, how many people would be impacted. Obviously, God took this project way further than I ever planned. It was amazing all the ideas that rushed into my head (almost all at once it seems)- faster than my fingers could type. I know this was the Lord's doing completely. I am so thankful and excited about how he is using, and going to use, these books to glorify him and bring people closer to Jesus.

It is my hope that you will be encouraged as you speak blessings over the special child in your life. May God bless you richly as you love the children in your care.
